Configurable Focus and Auto-Tuning

Designed with a mechanical knob for focus adjustment, user can easily configure MT6228 fixed mount scanner’s scanning distance from 75mm to 550mm and resolution from 9mil to 3mil, simply using a screw driver based on the user's requirements. MT6228 fixed mount scanner also supports auto-tuning, with the help of a Tune Button and user-friendly LED indicators, which enables user to optimize its scanning snappiness and accuracy on any barcode located within a fixed distance or angle.

IP65 Industrial-class Protection

MT6228 fixed mount scanner is enclosed in a durable aluminum alloy casing of industrial-grade IP65 sealing and equipped with an aviation connector, making it impervious to dust, water spray, and the challenges of daily usage in the most demanding work environments. Moreover, it exhibits reliable performance across a wide operating temperature range from -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F) and offers exceptional Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) resistance, capable of withstanding up to 8KV contact and 20KV air discharge, ensuring robust and dependable operation in critical situations

MT6228 fixed mount scanner excels with its rapid scanning speed, averaging 1/10 second, capturing all major 1D and 2D barcodes including PDF417, MicroPDF417, QR Code, Data Matrix, Aztec, and DotCode, either printed on labels or displayed on mobile phone screens. With its advanced algorithm and 1-megapixel sensor, MT6228 delivers impressive motion tolerance of up to 2M/sec, making it a versatile and efficient solution for diverse barcode scanning requirements.

Multiple Interfaces and I/O Box

MT6228 fixed mount scanner comes with an external I/O Box supporting 1 optoisolated input (NPN/PNP/Relay) and 2 optoisolated outputs (Good/NG). It can also be powered externally with a range of 5 to 36V. Furthermore, the scanner offers multiple interface options including USB (HID/VCP), RS232 and Ethernet (TCP/UDP), providing flexibility and ease of connectivity in various industrial applications.

The Better User Experience

MT6228 fixed mount scanner projects a visible red cross-hair shaped aiming pattern Laser aimer, making barcode targeting effortless. It comes with a built-in buzzer, LEDs, and optoisolated outputs through an external I/O Box, providing various Good Read / No Good responses. Configurable using the user-friendly software tool, MxSuit, the scanner allows easy integration adjustments with the help of displayed images.
