MT89M 2D Scan Engine
High Performance and Best Value Scan Engines
MT89M OEM Barcode Scan Engines is a slim-shaped 2D scan engines, electrically and mechanically compatible with some of the most popular scan engines in the world, built with advanced algorithm offering snappy scanning performance at a competitive cost and compact form factor. With great scanning performance, the MT89M 2D scan engines is suitable to be integrated with most of the applications such as retail, logistics, and consumer electronics. It can also be custom designed on demand.
Electric and Mechanical Compatibility
MT89M Scan Engines has a low profile form factor at the size of W21.7 x L9 x H7.2 mm and weight of only 1.4 grams, the 2D Scan Engines can be integrated into most space-constrained products. With mechanical dimensions, screw holes position, electric interface, and pin assignment highly compatible with existing 2D scan engines of global leaders, the MT89M scan engines reduces the development time and cost needed during integration.
Excellent Performance from Near to Far
With auto-adaptive snappy scanning performance, MT89M 2D scan engines provide outstanding performance for portable devices in logistics and warehouse applications where barcodes can be scanned from near to far. Built with high-quality optics and sensors, MT89M scan engines can read high-density barcodes up to 3mil and capture commodity barcodes from 350mm away. MT89M also supports all major 2D barcodes including MaxiCode and Dotcode
Mobile-Friendly Scanning
Scan Engines MT89M, with enhanced optical design and the latest decode algorithm, virtually scans all 1D and 2D barcodes on any surface, either paper-based label or mobile phone display. With MT89M 2D scan engine integrated into the mobile device, users may expand their business into many new applications such as eCoupon, eTicket, Digital ID cards, and mobile payments.
Easy and Flexible Operations
A set of commands is supported to enable the host device to configure all the functions of MT89M scan engines thereby fulfilling dynamic configurations demand. With multiple interfaces (USB HID, USB VCP, UART) available, the scan engines MT89M fulfills diverse industrial needs of communication methods as well as enables users to easily configure the reading modes and scanner settings according to preference.
